The use of www.dpdpakk.ee tool
1.
I received an SMS, but I can not log in. The system gives an alert that either the code or the telephone number is wrong?
Re-check the code that you inserted and then make sure that the telephone number that you entered is the one to which the SMS arrived. Also make sure that you entered the telephone number correctly, starting with 5XXXXXXX.

I have ordered the Express service, but the system does not enable to send the parcel to the address, where I would like to receive it?
This could be the case, as unfortunately DPD can not render the Express service to the address required by you. In such a case the parcel will be delivered to you via the Classic service.
3.
If I like to return the consignment to the sender, how can I still re-order the parcel?
If you have chosen from the system ” return to sender”, you have to place the order with the sender of the consignment once again and the parcel will be delivered to you as a new consignment and you will be informed, if the DPD parcel arrives.

I chose the delivery time, but the courier has not arrived by the chosen time?
According to the fact, whether the service ordered by you was either Express or Classic, the delivery time may vary. Please check the confirmation letter sent by us to you, where is shown the delivery time.
5.
I was supposed to receive several parcels, but I can choose the time for only one parcel, when will I receive the other parcels of the consignment?
The system bonds different parcels into one consignment and also the other parcels will be delivered to you by the time chosen by you.
6.
The courier came to me at the agreed time, but I was not at home, what to do next?
If the courier left you the parcel notice, please enter the web page by using the parcel notice and pick another delivery date. Unfortunately in such a case choosing of time is not possible anymore. If you do not have the possibility of making your choice in the internet or you have not been left a parcel notice, please contact our client attending service on phone number 6 130 012.

When to pay attention to the receipt of the consignment?
The parcel has no exterior damages or signs of opening. In case of damaging or defects of the consignment these have to be immediately registered upon the receipt of the consignment*. Also the seller of the goods must be immediately informed of such things. 
*If the consignment is damaged, the courier has to make an according remark by a portable scanner. If the exterior of the consignment is damaged or otherwise impaired, then also the receiver has the right to claim from the DPD courier making of according notice or to refuse the receipt of the consignment

What to do, if the consignment is damaged?
Upon receiving of the consignment please make sure that the parcel’s transportation package is in a good order and it does not have any exterior damage (for example signs of opening of the parcel, crushing, etc.). In case of an exterior damage the damage has to be registered upon the receipt of the parcel. The courier marks in the scanner the damage type and takes the photo of the consignment). Please inform the seller of the goods immediately of the possible damage. Otherwise DPD has the right to refuse later claims.
9.
How much time do I have to check the consignment and the enclosed documents?
As a courier company we take the obligation to deliver the client’s consignment. Claims concerning the quantity, condition or classification of the goods must be presented to the sender of the consignment. You have up to 10 minutes to look through the documents of the consignment, the signed copy of which must be returned to the courier. Therefore we ask you to look through the purchase – sales conditions of your goods before the courier brings the consignment.

If I still want to return the ordered goods to the seller?
If you have accepted the consignment from the courier and later you would like to return it, please contact the seller of the goods for the return of the consignment.

I would like to use your service also in case of other sender of consignments, why is it not possible?
Unfortunately other senders of consignments have not joined the DPD solution.
